This is the second time we have used Diane and both times we were very happy with her.

She rocks! If I could have marked all of the compliments above I would have. I marked Fast Turnaround as that was a specific request we had this time around. Diane had our recording within 24 hours, actually faster. She asked the necessary questions upfront, did one recording and nailed it. She provided both mp3 and wav files, which helped because I wasn't sure which one I needed. The entire transaction was done in less than 24 hours. We are very happy with Diane and will use her again without hesitation.

If I could give more stars I would. Diane is now the voice for our Automated Attendant for our entire phone system. Simply, Diane was awesome. She was responsive and quick. She really nailed it on the first recording, even our company name which can be difficult for some to pronounce! We changed the script and asked her to re-due all of the recordings. I felt bad asking, but she responded quickly and positively to our request. I know we'll have more changes in the future and we will absolutely use her again!
