Tania-Maria Xavier is a native of Bahia, Brazil and started as a voice over talent in Los Angeles in the late 80's providing services dubbing foreign feature films for Rede Globo de Televisao and various brazilian TV networks.

Later in the late 90's she worked with KCOH radio personality Wash Allen in Houston Texas, producing radio spots.

Wash has enjoyed over forty successful years in broadcasting and mentored Tania-Maria Xavier for a little over a year.
