Conversational, sweet and sassy, soothing, or authoritative, Jamie has a fresh, engaging sound.
Jamie Hill is a people person, and her natural ease in connecting with others comes through in her voice work. Conversational, sweet and sassy, soothing, or authoritative, Jamie has a fresh, engaging sound. She does voice over for everything from promos and trailers, to animation and documentaries, and is often able complete a project in 4 to 14 hours, or less.
Jamie has been the voice for such brands as Nike, Microsoft, Mastercard, Aveeno, the Hard Rock Cafe, and Toyota.
A combination of agents, referrals, and other online job-posting sites made up Jamie’s business plan for finding voice over work. Even with all of this, she felt that she needed to find one more way to broaden her reach and earn more money. That’s when she decided to sign up for a Voices membership.
Voices added to Jamie’s workload and overall business, making it a positive addition to what she had already been doing for the past 8 years. She is currently a Platinum member, and has been with the site for about 4 years.
Through Voices, Jamie has completed projects for State Farm, Mercedes Benz, Nissan, AT&T, and Burger King, to name just a handful. “I do it all on the site,” says Jamie. “TV, radio, web, explainer – there are too many to list! Voices has something for everyone.” The biggest career achievement, according to Jamie, is her work on the Northern Trust Wealth Management television spots.
Jamie, who has booked over 500 jobs – many of them repeat clients – believes that the best parts of her Voices membership include the process, access, resources, and staff that help the site run.
