For Qatar gas plants, an asset failure is simply not an option. This brings us to the integrity and Reliability Department. The Integrity and Reliability Department plays a major role to ensure the efficiency, safety and reliability of Qatar gas operations, maintaining financial performance and embracing the quality and flawless execution philosophy to ensure health, safety and environmental compliance during plans, operation and throughout the safe and reliable execution of products and plant maintenance activities. The success of Qatargas business operations is 100% reliant on operational excellence, and the integrity and Reliability department is ultimately responsible to uphold the integrity and reliability of all Qatar gas plants and facilities within the department. These responsibilities are managed by four divisions, namely plant inspection, reliability, engineering que a QC and corrosion, sub sea and pipeline integrity. Each division comprises a team of dedicated and specialized engineers, inspectors and technical support professionals, without whom the department would simply be unable to function and this is the key teamwork. Effective teamwork makes the difference between success and failure. A successful team is one that is united by a common vision to achieve its objectives. In the words of Henry Ford. If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself. Indeed, the strength of our team is its individual team members. Yet the strength of each team member is the team itself, and this is the essence of today's team building session. The theme slogan Everyone Counts is no coincidence. With integrity and reliability departments, every single one of our 130 team members are absolutely essential to ensure the integrity and reliability of our kids are gas assets. Each individual team member brings unique strengths and specific areas of expertise. We each have a critical role to play, and every single team member is fundamental to the continued success of Qatar gas operations. These 130 engineers, inspectors and support personnel equate to less than 3% of the total Qatar gas manpower. Yet this small percentage is far outweighed by the great level of responsibility upheld by the Integrity and Reliability Department. During this team building event, we will focus on the value of teamwork and the importance of effective communication and collaboration within the team to achieve one vision utilizing the strengths of individual team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for the team. So let's take this opportunity to learn from this event and maximize any lessons learned to further strengthen the already impressive Qatargas integrity and reliability team. Thank you.
