work. Life balance a Star Wars perspective. The first thing that comes to my mind when I think about balance is the force from the Star Wars universe. Finding balance in work in life during this age of being is a formidable task anyone might endure For me. I tend to think about the relationship between labor and value. I ask myself, what value or meaning does my sweat generate to find balance. One tries to meditate on what it takes to achieve a goal and reflect on the past to understand how one is where one is in life. I found that some of my anxieties and suffering are from things that I cannot control. My endeavors to achieve contentment, begin with accepting that there are going to be things beyond my control to say this is one thing to say it 100 times is another, but until it no longer needs to be said is when I think I've elevated myself into a more secure position. Whatever the remedy may be for everyone is a path. Everyone must walk themselves. Drawing on my recent descent into the Star Wars lore and combining it with my own worldly experiences. I suppose that finding balance begins with empowering oneself and others and being mindful of when one's actions deep our others and oneself. What is amusing to me is the relationship between selfishness and selflessness. Everyone will think of these things differently, but I find utility in thinking about them in as many aspects of life as possible. I do not know what people should do to balance their work and their lives, but I submit that mindfulness is a step towards the personal discovery of the elusive answer that is balance.
