Newspapers and pundits said it would set Ohio up for massive cuts or tax sites in a couple of years. In the meantime, Ted found new ways to charge Ohioans for going about their business. Not not a dozen more like 140 new or higher taxes in fees. If you wanted to do it, TED, get tax it to the tune of $1.5 billion a copy of your birth certificate, registration for your car license plates and a title business inspections, trash collection, even fees on hospitals trying to give Ohioans care.
