Updating Your Mailing and Billing Address
HOW DO I UPDATE MY MAILING ADDRESS?
As a Client
If you are a client, you can update your mailing address by doing the following:- Log in to your Voices account.
- Edit your Profile by hovering over the ‘Me’ avatar in the top navigation bar and select ‘Account Settings’.
- Select General Settings from the sidebar menu, and you'll see the Mailing Address section. Enter the updated information and click ‘Save Changes’.
As a Talent
If you are talent, you can update your mailing and billing address by doing the following:- Log in to your Voices account.
- Navigate to your ‘Account Settings’ by hovering over the ‘Me’ avatar in the top navigation bar.
- From the ‘Account’ tab, in the Mailing Address section, enter the updated information and click ‘Save Changes’.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY BILLING ADDRESS?
You can update your billing address by doing the following:
As a Client
- Log in to your Voices account.
- Navigate to your ‘Account Settings’ by hovering over the ‘Me’ avatar in the top navigation bar.
- Click on Billing Information from the sidebar menu, and you can edit your Billing Address under Payment Information. Make sure to ‘Save Changes.’
As a Talent
- Log in to your Voices account.
- Navigate to your ‘Account Settings’ by hovering over the ‘Me’ avatar in the top navigation bar.
- From the ‘Billing’ tab, in the Mailing Address section click ‘Clear Billing Info’ and input the updated information, then click ‘Save Changes.’
