How do I change my email address?

CHANGING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

As a Client

If you are a client, you can change the email address associated with your account at Voices:
  1. Login to your Voices account.
  2. Edit your Profile by hovering over the ‘Me’ avatar in the top navigation bar and select ‘Edit Profile’ 
  3. From the ‘Contact Info’ tab, in the Contact Information section, enter your new email address in the email address field and click ‘Save Changes’. 

As a Talent

If you are talent, you can change the email address associated with your account at Voices:
  1. Login to your Voices account.
  2. Navigate to your ‘Account Settings’ by hovering over the ‘Me’ avatar in the top navigation bar. 
  3. From the ‘Account’ tab, in the Contact Info section, enter your new email address in the email address field and click ‘Save Changes’. 
This will direct all automated messages and customer service email communications to your new email account.

CHANGING YOUR PAYPAL EMAIL ADDRESS

To change the PayPal email address for your SurePay payments:
  1. Login to your Voices account
  2. From the  ‘Me’ avatar in the top navigation bar, select Account Settings, then SurePay Settings.
  3. Enter the new email address into the PayPal field and click Save Changes. 
All SurePay payments will be sent to your new PayPal address.
