How Do I Manage and Approve Project Files?
Voices host the files permanently for any files uploaded to a job posting on the Voices platform. This means you can return over and over again to download the files and you won't need to worry about losing them on your own computer.
To review, download, and approve a file uploaded through Voices please do the following:

Log in to your account.

Click on the Working button under Jobs.

Click on the Job Posting for the job you're working on.

Click on the Files link or navigate to the Files tab.

Click the link to download the files to your computer.

If the file is acceptable then click Approve.

Once you are ready to release funds click on the Payments tab and click Release Funds.

Remember to leave a Review for the talent you worked with.
How Do I Access Files Again After I've Approved Them?
Copies of any files uploaded on a job are located within the Job Posting in your account. Here's what to do:

1 Log in to your account.

Click on the Jobs tab.

Click on the Job title that you need to access the files for.

Click on the Files tab.

Click on Download icon next to the file you need.
I've Accepted the Files for My Job. What's Next?
Once you've accepted the files by clicking on the Approve button, the next action will be to release payment to the talent.
To release payment:

Log in to your Voices account.

Click on the Jobs > Working.

Click on the appropriate job number.

Click on the Payment tab within the job and then click the Release Funds button.
This will send notification to Voices that it is okay to send the talent the deposited amount.
The final step is to leave feedback for the talent you worked with. Your feedback consists of a rating out of 5 Stars and a Review which is a written comment.
