Cancellation and Refund Policy
Talent Membership (Premium)
Our Premium membership is designed for Talent who are ready for at least a one-year commitment. The Premium membership fee is non-refundable.
We recommend exploring our Help Center resources to understand better if Voices is a good fit for you. In our experience, building your Voices business takes commitment and dedication over months and years, and our memberships provide access to the best online marketplace to build yours.
If you cancel your membership after purchasing, you will be downgraded to the free Guest membership on your next renewal date. Until then, you can enjoy all the benefits of your membership. This policy is also laid out in our Terms of Service, to which all members agree when joining Voices.
You can cancel your membership at any time through your Account Settings. Cancelling stops your next renewal payment. You can also find your next renewal payment date in your Account Settings. Please note that by default, Premium memberships renew automatically. All Premium members receive a 30-day renewal reminder email.
Client Plans (Plus, Enterprise)
Voices Plus and Enterprise fees are not refundable. You can cancel your plan at any time, and you’ll enjoy your plan benefits until your next renewal date.
To cancel your Plus plan, go to your Account Settings and click ‘Cancel Membership’. You will be automatically downgraded to the free Basic plan on your next renewal date.

Renewals: If this is not your first payment and your account has renewed automatically, we’ll refund the renewal fee if you submit a cancellation. Please note that by default, Plus plans renew automatically. This policy is laid out in our Terms of Service.
Talent Marketplace
As outlined in our Terms of Service, Voices is not responsible or liable for disputes between Client and Talent. The full resolution of disputes is the responsibility of the Client and Talent alone. However, should a dispute occur over payment between Client and Talent that you cannot reconcile independently, a member of our Support Team will arbitrate a solution.

Project Marketplace
We encourage all parties to reach a fair resolution if a problem on a project arises. You can always cancel an order ahead of payment if the Talent in question hasn’t accepted your agreement. After the Talent accepts an agreement, the following scenarios may result in a full or partial refund, either by mutual agreement or Voices arbitration.
- If Talent withdraws from a project midway
- If a refund is requested based on poor quality of work delivered or missed deliverables
- If the Talent and Client agree to discontinue the project
- Violation of Community Guidelines, Content Guidelines, or Terms of Service

Talent Marketplace and Project Marketplace Refund Summary
The Client is responsible for communicating their need for a refund to the Talent through the Messages section of the job or project in question. It is up to the Client and Talent to negotiate and come to a mutual agreement.
If they are unable to come to a mutual agreement, they may request mediation from Voices at which point Voices will use the below as guidelines for refund amounts.
