This guide will give you a quick overview of how to access your training courses and navigate through the bank's e learning curriculum on the Tangerine Learning Management System. If you have been scheduled for an e learning course by your training administrator, you will receive an email with the training details. The email appears like this one. You can access the course by clicking directly on the link in the body of the email. This link will take you to the log in page, where you will be required to enter your username and password. That is your everyday user name and password, as you normally do when you log in to your corporate portal. Once you have successfully signed in, the user landing page looks like this where you can access your course. Report messages, etcetera. Click on the course's icon to view the list of courses or course assigned to you on the course grid page. You can now click on a desired course title to start your training. After the successful completion of your course, you may be tasked with an assessment. You can access your assessment directly by clicking on the link sent to your email. The link should appear like this one on your screen on DH. If the assessment is attached to a course on the course grid page, click on the course title and select the assessment from the drop down. In addition, you can also monitor your individual progress on tangerine L. M s courses you've taken on the ones you are yet to complete assessments and results as well. You can simply click on the reports icon on the landing page, which will take you to the individual report page. Here. You can run reports on your courses and related items.
