This practice is for strengthening your spirit by connecting with nature. It is best done while standing up. If you have the chance to do this practice outdoors this would be preferable, although indoors would be fine. If you do it indoors, it is best to do it near a window with a view of trees or of the sky. Make sure you are comfortably standing. If you prefer, take off your shoes. This is an invitation to take five minutes of your time in the midst of your activity, you may feel tired, irritable or some physical or mental discomfort. This is a very useful practice that will renew your energy and release stress and fatigue.
