Scan every toe, continue this gan up to your ankles and pay attention to any sensations. It can be tingling pressure, tightness. It could be anything or nothing at all. Now move your attention slowly to your legs. Breathe consciously and point your focus to observe how your legs feel. Move up a bit more and notice your hips. Slowly shift your focus towards your abdomen. Notice that with every inhale your abdomen lifts and with every exhale it deflates, continue to inhale and exhale in and out.
