It's no secret that this year has been a wild ride, with twists and turns that no one quite expected and whiplash inducing ups and downs, a deadly global pandemic, economic uncertainty, apocalyptic wildfires, contentious elections and a reckoning with racial injustice in America that echoed around the world. The world as we knew it changed drastically this year, and it will never be the same. And change doesn't come without challenges. It's been a tough year for you. In spite of these challenges or maybe because of them, employees found ways to support each other, to prioritize culture and community, to be there for the U in their lives. So for you means being there for your teammates, your co workers, but also the ability to be there for your family and being supported in that it's a culture of seeing each other as whole human beings and striving to be there for each other in the ways the count. Over the past year, we've streamlined our grant making process to give local leaders the space to innovate, and we're working to provide that flexibility and freedom toe local communities across the country while centering BIPAC representation, leadership and ideas. This doesn't come from passive assessment. It comes from immediate action and reaction. We work for the dream of a representative economy and an inclusive society. We're here to help you shift power so you can power your freedom.
